Construction Risk Mitigation, LLC (CRM) was formed in November of 2007 by Dale Marston and Edward Herndon as a service and consultation company to reduce the risks associated with the budgeting and funding of real estate development projects prior to and during construction. CRM assists owners, developers, financiers, insurers/bonding agents and contractors on all types of construction projects ‐ from stand alone single‐family houses to multi‐story commercial towers.
